Welcome to Mzigow. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Platform. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.
Carrier means a company or individual transporting freight. Shipper means a company or individual posting freight. Broker means a licensed freight broker. User means anyone accessing the Platform. Load means freight offered for transportation. Booking means an agreement between a shipper and carrier facilitated through the Platform.
Users must be at least 18 years old, legally capable of entering contracts, and provide accurate registration information.
Users are responsible for safeguarding account credentials and all activity occurring under their account.
The Platform provides freight posting, load matching, messaging, bookings, tracking, document management, and related marketplace services. The Platform is not a carrier or broker unless expressly stated.
Carriers must maintain required licenses, insurance, roadworthy vehicles, comply with applicable laws, and provide accurate shipment updates.
Shippers must accurately describe cargo, provide pickup and delivery information, disclose hazardous materials, and pay agreed transportation charges.
Brokers warrant they possess the required licenses, authority, insurance, and bonding.
Listings must be lawful, accurate, available, and not misleading.
Fraud, impersonation, unauthorized access, scraping, malicious software, abusive content, and unlawful activity are prohibited.
Platform fees are disclosed where applicable. Payment disputes between users remain their responsibility unless otherwise stated.
Bookings may be cancelled subject to agreed cancellation terms. Abuse may result in account restrictions.
Reviews must be truthful, respectful, and based on genuine transactions.
Carriers are responsible for maintaining appropriate insurance coverage.
Tracking information is provided for convenience and may rely on third-party services.
Users retain ownership of submitted content while granting the Platform a license to display and use it for operating the service.
All platform software, branding, and content remain the intellectual property of the Platform or its licensors.
Use of personal information is governed by the Platform's Privacy Policy.
The Platform may integrate payment, mapping, messaging, and GPS providers and is not responsible for their availability.
The Platform may be unavailable during maintenance or due to events beyond reasonable control.
The Platform is not liable for indirect or consequential damages and liability is limited to fees paid where permitted by law.
Users agree to indemnify the Platform for claims arising from misuse or violation of these Terms.
Accounts may be suspended or terminated for violations of these Terms.
Users should attempt amicable resolution before legal proceedings where permitted.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya.
The Platform is not liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control.
These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
Invalid provisions do not affect the remainder of the Terms.
These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the complete agreement.
